Agents

They research. You decide.

Deal Scout watches a brief. Matching scores a record. Diligence pulls a file. Every result should carry its reasons and its reservations.

No agent contacts anyone on your behalf. Not by email, not by introduction, not by “just a quiet ping.” Outreach waits on your approval and on ALVIE’s principal. Until both exist, the work stays on the page.

Research tools. Not a broker. Not a licensed advisor. Not an introduction service that runs itself.

Deal Scout

A standing brief, watched for you

Tell Scout what you are looking for once. It scores the directory against that brief and shows you what fits. Every run is recorded.

Mandates are saved to your account, when accounts exist. Sign in to create one — or, until then, run a brief without saving.

The directory is being built. Scout can only score what is in it. No published entity total until a count is audited.

What Scout does

Reads the brief you wrote.

Scores records that are actually in the directory.

Returns matches with why they fit and why they might not.

Keeps the run so you can see what changed.

What Scout does not do

Contact a mine, a fund, a ministry, or a journalist.

Speak as you. Speak as ALVIE.

File an introduction.

Place an order, an allocation, or a subscription.

Match and brief

Pick a record, put it to work

Find a record in the corpus, then either score it against mandates you have saved, or pull a diligence brief on it.

Ask in plain words

Try: cobalt developer in the DRC · lithium brine project South America · copper smelter Europe. The box searches what we hold. If we do not hold it, the answer is that we do not hold it. That is better than a confident gap.

Match

Two-sided matching: an asset against capital mandates, or a mandate against assets. Reasons on the table. Reservations on the table. You decide whether anyone is spoken to.

Brief

A diligence memo from public filings and sources we can name. Imported data stays labelled imported. Confidence is a standard we will apply, not a headcount of researchers we do not have.

Directory

Two databases we are building: who mines it, who funds it. Being built is the headline state. Named majors are not an ALVIE-verified file until we maintain the record.

If the product later sends a message, the UI will say who is sending, to whom, and will require an explicit approve. Silence is not approval.

ALVIE’s own departments are also agent-run — Desk, Origination, Capital, Compliance, Ops, Intelligence, Comms, Finance. Same rule inside the house: agents draft, the principal decides. See About.
