About ALVIE
ALVIE Mining & Investment is being built on a single premise: know the physical chain better than the people pricing it, and the price will look after itself.
We are not a staffed global house. We are not four live desks. We are one human, vladr inono, in Singapore, standing up a 32-metal physical book and the intelligence layer a desk actually needs — directory, screening, Deal Scout — with AI/ML agents running the departments around that principal.
The house
In formation · Singapore · 2026
A world where the metals the future is built from move through a supply chain that can be audited end to end — where a buyer can name the pit a tonne of cobalt came out of, and the people who dug it were paid properly to do it.
The test is specific on purpose. Not “responsible sourcing” as a policy statement, but whether a buyer can name the pit. Most supply chains cannot answer that question, which is why it is the one worth building against.
To specify every metal industry needs, and to work the mines that produce them — connecting vendors, investors and governments so that assets move to the owners who can actually develop them, and opening that book to investors only when counsel says we may.
Two halves that are usually separate businesses: a trading book, and an asset book. Sitting in both is the position. We do not sit there yet. We are building the house that will.
Who runs it
No invented executives. The seats exist as functions. Agents run them. The principal decides.
Principal
Singapore · Asia/Singapore
Sole principal of ALVIE Mining & Investment. Builds the house. Approves counterparties, copy, capital conversations, and any outreach. Does not hide behind a committee we have not hired.
Agents research, draft, screen, route, and keep the file. They do not contact anyone on a user’s — or a counterparty’s — behalf without the principal’s approval. They do not execute trades. They do not take investor money.
Physical enquiry, specification, pricing design, the 32-metal book as we intend to run it. No licensed execution yet. Every firm bid or offer waits on licence and on the principal.
Mines, offtake, prepayment logic, vendor files. Finds the other side of a deal. Does not sign it.
Notification only until counsel says otherwise. No product. No allocation. No raise.
Sanctions screening design, directory rights, what we will not publish, what we will not do. Holds the line before the desk does.
Freight, assay, warehousing, settlement — specified as the operating system the book will need. No vessels chartered. No warehouses leased. No cargo on the water.
Directory, Deal Scout, the wire, provenance. Built so the desk can see. Sold, later, because other people need the same picture. Counts unpublished until audited.
The public voice. This site. No fictional company line. No fictional staff.
Formation, banking, the books. Company in formation. Not a trading P&L.
Why this shape
The metals the energy transition and the AI build-out depend on still trade in thin, opaque markets: no published curve on some lines, no reliable directory of who produces them, and no clean way for an outside investor to take a physical position without buying an equity proxy.
Most houses run copper, gold and iron because the curves are deep. We will carry those. The point of ALVIE is the rest of the table.
The trading book and the platform are being built together. A directory built by people who need it to trade looks different from one built only to be sold.

Hubs
Four names. One seat. The map is coverage intent for a physical book, not a claim that someone is always on.
| Node | Status | Intent |
|---|---|---|
| Singapore | Seat. Principal is here. | Asia-Pacific trading and physical settlement, as intended. Follows the Shanghai open as the clock we care about. |
| Rotterdam | Planned | European base metals, LME warehousing, CIF settlement. |
| Zurich | Planned | Precious metals treasury and allocated vault relationships. |
| Dubai | Planned | Middle East sulphur and fertiliser feedstock origination. |
Rules we will hold
They are not a record of cargoes we have already refused.
Most houses run copper, gold and iron because the curves are deep and the risk is modelled. We will carry those to fund the desk. The work is the twenty-three lines nobody else wants to price. Thin markets pay for the work of understanding them.
Buy mining assets outright where the economics justify it; broker them where a different owner fits better. Most transactions need three parties in the room: the seller holding the licence, the capital that wants exposure, and the government that has to approve the transfer. Sitting in the middle of all three is the position that pays.
Deals fail on approvals more often than on price. Introductions — when they happen — go through the principal. Agents do not make them on their own.
Offtake and prepayment at development stage is how a book gets tonnage and a producer gets capital when it is hardest to raise. We will do this when we are licensed and funded to. We have not done it yet.
Aluminium is a power contract. Lithium is a battery-chemistry bet. Tungsten is an export-control position. Model the driver underneath each metal rather than the metal itself.
No offtake from operations whose tailings are non-conformant. No artisanal material outside audited cooperatives. No new thermal-coal agreements. This will cost well-priced cargoes. That is the price of still being here in twenty years.
The directory, the screening engine and the wire are being built for the desk. Licensing them is how revenue is not only a commodity cycle.
What we are not saying
We were not incorporated in Rotterdam in January 2026 by four traders.
We have not settled a first Panamax.
We have not opened four desks on a six-month drumbeat.
We do not own refining capacity, rail slots, or a dry-bulk fleet.
We do not have a 34-day settlement average, a demurrage trophy, or metal in bonded sheds.
Horizon
No tonne targets until there is a book. No “committed” stamp on a number we cannot fund.
Form the company. Specify the 32-metal book. Stand up agent departments. Build directory, screening, Deal Scout. Keep capital products closed. Take enquiries. Do not pretend to execute.
Licence path for physical trading. Counsel on any investor product. First audited counterparties in the directory — counts published only when they are real. First cargo when there is a licence, a contract, and metal. Not before.
Structured offtake, if and when licensed. Tokenised metal and project participation stay closed. They are not pending. They are not offered.
That is the job. We are building the house that can do it — across thirty-two metals, on routes we will name when we run them.
